rem modle 7 what is it wurth?
 

a guy i know is wanting to sell me his remington modle 7 in 243 for $200 is it wurth it ? is it a good gun?

hey night hawk, i love mine, i mean my wifes model seven, its stainless w/syn stock in 260 rem, great shooting little gun, the gun your asking about is it blue or stainless and what kind of condition is it in, if its in good shape i'd say its worth it, if its stainless and in good shape its a steal;)

Thats a great price...especially if its in decent shape...Has he told you how well it will group??? I don't need another .243...but unless its in terrible shape, I'd buy it for that price...Good Luck

he said it was in great shape blued wood stock. i have not seen it yet. i will shoot it before i buy it. from what i under stand it is a shorter gun than most so might not be interested in it. it depends on how it feels & shoots. thanks a lot on the input.:eek:

Unless it is full of rust or has been badly damaged on the outside it is a god deal. . . .You will like it. . .I bought one for my boys in a .260. and put a VX-II 3-9x40 worked the trigger and ported it. . . . Very sweet.:D
