I would like to just post a review for this gun. I've owned it for 3 years now. Here is what I've found.
#1 I've shot over 1000 rounds though it at the sporting clays field. 2 3/4 AA loads no problems ever. Even used some of my reloads without problems.
#2 Turkey hunting 3 years = 3 gobblers with stock "full steel" choke 2004 turkey was at 40 yards 26.5 pounder. Knocked him flat 3in mags
#3 Pheasant hunting in ND - 2 3/4 in Fed Prem loads- No problems used the stock "Mod Steel" choke No lost birds this year.
#4 Duck Hunting in ND - 3in and 3.5in mixed loads Kent Fastseel & Winchester Super X- Seemed to shoot better with the 3".
#5 Patterns poorly with Heavyshot. Tried two different loads and POI moved dramatically. Steel and Lead seem to pattern consistant POI.
#6 Paid $300 for the gun and have shot 1000s of round though it. While others would be cleaning guns during mid day and every night, just out of principle I didn't clean my gun during my 4 day ND trip. 11 boxes of shells shot and only two jams. Those were 3" older lead loads for pheasants. I think they were Peters. New Federal or Wolf 2 3/4 pheasant loads had no problems at all.
Is it as nice as a Benneli SBE? HECK NO! but at 1/4 the cost you just can't beat it.
Great gun for those that can't afford a top line gun but want a stepping stone to get into some 3.5 in shooting.
