I'll second the motion for the Savage 99. I bought two of them last summer and have used one in .300 savage most of the fall. Shot a bull moose, a white-tail doe and two wolves with it.
There are a number of great non-magnum deer-bear-moose cartridges it was and could be chambered in.
If you traded every 30/30 Win. or Marlin out in the woods for Savage 99s in 308, 300 savage or 250/3000, I don't think too many hunters would go back.
A CLASSIC.

The Winchester 1886 lever guns. I want them in 45-70, 45-90, 50-100, all the good stuff. Maybe the 1873's, or 1885 falling block, in the original calibers. A modern design of the Spencer rifle would be cool too. There are far too many bolt guns nowadays. Wouldn't it be sweet to see some more of the old levers or single shots?

Savage 99 in all of the original chamberings especially the .300Savage and the .250 Savage (.250-3000).
I'd also like to see a .32-20 marlin 1894, and a .45-90, 100, or 110 leveraction rifle, like a Marlin 1895 Cowboy AND guide gun (I've no place for the 1895 standard!)

The Browning single shot rifles. Also a decent priced rolling block and Sharps rifles. The new stuff is good to but it would be nice for the younger guys to see where it all came from. At least we are not short of Magums. Seeems like a new one comes out about monthly. I quess its good if it creates more gun nuts.

Savage 99,s in 260,7mm-08,284 win,22-250 rem,also the greats 250-300 and 300 Savage or even the 22 Hi-power.
I would love to have a Winchester remake of the Model 81 in 348 win,sporting a S/S finish with a case/coloring lever and Hammer,with 22 inch barrel.

The older non magnum calibers were great..they did the job...I found the .358 in current production in BLR...it is sweet, light, and does the job.and a lever to boot!!
