.22 Conversion units for Colt 1911

Has anyone used a 22 LR conversion unit in a Colt 1911 frame? I read a few things about Marvel Products conversion unit saying that is extremely accurate and also a few things about Kimber conversion unit saying it works flawlessly.

Which one would be better? I like my .45 1911 but shooting it with 22's would be nice and cheap.

Any opinions?

I have a cienner conversion for my 1911. It took a little while to break in but after a brick of ammo it was very reliable and accurate. I was able to get groups of around 2-3" at 20 yards. Its plenty good enough for small game hunting or plinking.
