Clean the chamber well. Get out all crud, and do not apply oil. They should extract just fine, but you'll probably have the problem again before long. From what I have heard, wolf ammo is or was coated with lacquer or something, and it just gums everything up after a while.

the shiny coat on the wolf stuff is some form of laquer that when heated just gums the gun up so yes get a military chamber brush for like a m16 (nice thing about 223 ) and clean the chamber well and stay away from wolf ammo /yuck !

I used some Barnaul ammo for my fathers Remington 742 in 30-06. They are also coated in laquer which is bad news for any gun except military ones. The first round I fired went off and the shell got stuck in the chamber and would not come out. I broke a rod trying to get it out. Finally I took it to a gunsmith and he got it out after breaking his rod!
So, stay away from these russian made rounds unless you have a AK47 or M16 or AR-15..
