Interchangeable barrels?
 

I have an older Smith and Wesson 12ga shotgun, Model 916T, with 3 barrels, one of which is a smooth bore slug barrel....does anyone make a rifled barrel that will fit on this gun? This is my primary deer gun...but not as accurate as I would like.

That will take some searching. You might luck out and find one in some of the spare parts catalogers on the net.

Try auctionarms.com and see what they have. You'd be surprised what they turn up with every once in a while.

I did some quick checking of old S&W catologs ,I have most for the last 20 years . I didn't see a rifled barrel listed . Maybe in a year I don't have cat. . IMO rifled barrels are not a cureall just try different slugs for smooth barrels you should find one that groups for you .Good luck on your hunt.
