EAA Witness
 

I won an EAA witness in .45 ACP at a banquette. Haven’t shot it yet. I’ve only seen one review of this particular manufacture/model and it gave the gun a good review.

Your knowledgeable thoughts and comments appreciated.

I haven't fired one, but over on www.thehighroad.org, they have a pretty good reputation. Someone in the semi-auto area (http://www.thehighroad.org/forumdisp...?s=&forumid=33) may be able to give you some insight.

I owned a 9mm Witness, but wasn't impressed with it. It had some rough machine work on the insides and the hammer would sometimes catch when the trigger was pulled single action. That was 8 to 10 years ago, so maybe their quality has improved since then.
