Beretta, Benelli, Franchi

Just wondering how Beretta Benelli and Franchi are connected. Who runs who? Who is the main company? I think Benelli gets it's barrels from Beretta. Is Stoeger or Rizzini connected with them somehow? Also what company do you think makes the best guns?

Beretta owns Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger, Uberti for sure and there are other companies I cannot remember. Beretta supplies benelli with barrel's and other parts. Beretta even made the pintail which is for all intents and purposes a 3 inch only black eagle.

In addition to the above, Beretta owns Sako and Tikka too, and don't forget about Burris.
