I'd have to throw my vote in for Marlin 1894 .44mag or Marlin 1895 Cowboy .45-70. The one I hunt with the most is a Ruger M-77 Mark II standard .30-06, but that's mostly because it's just easier than the Cowboy but gives a bit longer range and flatter trajectory than my .44mags.

Since 1968 I've used a Rem. Model 660 in 6MM. About 5 years ago I replaced the 3-9x32 with a 3-9x50 both Bushnells. Sweet shooter, easy to reload 100 grain Sierras, deadly, accurate.

Either one of my Sako 75's followed closely by my Model 1891 7.65mm Mauser.
That may change this year, though. I got a new pre-64 Winchester Mod. 70 .30-06 I plan on using a lot.
