So, you have already got yourself a shotgun?
Nate, tip it upside down. Then smack the crap out of it. Make sure you use only your hand to hit it.

Drive out the pins that hold in the trigger assembly and remove it from the gun. That will free everything up back there and the bolt should just slide out.

One thing I did when I got my Mossy 500 12 guage, is I took it to the local gun shop and had the smith show me how to disassemble and reassemble the shotgun. Probably would be the best way to learn. The manual should show you how to disassemble the gun also. Don't be ashamed to take it to a smith. Better safe than sorry, and you won't be the first person to do, I can almost guarentee that.

I have had to take an old Remington .22 in because I got it taken apart but couldn't get it back together. You pull one pin on that thing and it falls apart. When putting it back together, you have to hold three different pieces in place, two of which are spring loaded, say a few cuss words, hold you breath, put your tounge in the exact right position and pray it works on the first try, otherwise repeat.
