since i live in the nice ole state of massachusetts i have seen that even if you pass certain laws the polictician if they don't like it. always turn around and veto it.
for instance i vote on last years election where a vote of 60% said YES to lowering the taxes gradually within 3 years.
it won by a land slide and kerry and good ole mister drive off the bridge and kill a woman and get away with it teddy kennedy overturned it with-in a week.
i am glad it still shows that there are alot of law abiding citizens that are voting to lift. it ( but i don't want to stir anything up ) if they vote wins in our favor. do you all think the ploicticians will let it pass without any strings attached?

just saw on the local news this morning that the MA. legislature ( including kerry and teddy K ) are votng to keep the assualt ban.
justthought you all would like to know this

Boy, I sure hope that darned ban gets lifted. As far as I can see, all its doing is raising the prices on pre-ban stuff. A high cap magazine for my 10/22 costs a third of what i bought the gun new for.
