The 270 wby is very similar in performance to the 7mm rem mag except factory loads are much more expensive and harder to locate.

What kind of a 270 Weatherby Mark V rifle is it ( Accumark, Fibermark, Synthetic, Stainless/Synthetic, Sporter/Eurosport/SLS, Deluxe/Euromark/Lazermark, or etc.) Must know to give you a accurate price. Good luck.

I have one in the Mrk five. Had it for eight years. Tack driver, excelent whitetail caliber. As far a big game don't worry about it. You can kill an elk with a .22 It's all about shot placement.
