Both your guns were made by Iver Johnson. Iver Johnson Cycle Works is the name the company operated under for many years. Neither gun is stainless steel. They have either had all the blue worn/polished off or someone has had them nickel plated at some point. They wouldn't really have any collector's value, but they'd make neat conversation pieces.

They are both IVER JOHNSON hand guns. The first one is a break open and probably chambered in 32 S&W. Here are a couple of links that should help you out a bunch.
