i was browsin an ontario hunting site forums and theres a guy sellin a rifle:

Interarms MarkX 243 Ramline stock only 3 boxes thru it $450

ive never heard of these rifles...heard of ramline stocks be4 tho...so this is probly an aftermarket stock?

any info about this gun would be very helpful

sounds high to me. The interarms is much less quality than a rem or win. and the ram line stock is nothing to brag about. You can buy a brand new 243 in rem model 700 adl down here for about $350.

You gan get a savage, remington, winchester, Howa new for what he wants for that interarms. Save your money for something else.

u guys seem to be forgetting something tho....this is 450 canadian.

a brand new remi bdl is like $800 here, savage 12fv is $650, win 70 coyote is like $850....

guns cost too much here :-\

That's a commercial Yugoslavian Mauser barreled action of intermediate quality. If it is in excellent or better condition, with a Ram-Line stock, (yes, it's an aftermarket stock, but the original owner may have bought the barreled action & stock separately), $450.00 Canadian isn't too bad!:)

Yes, in Canadian money that isn't a bad price.

You might want to ask if he will sell it with out the Ram Line stock and buy your own stock. Ram line stocks are not exactly at the top of the list for quality stocks. It's still not too bad.

$350 CA is about $263 US. That's still a little more than I'd pay for it. I've picked up decent used Savages or the cheaper Winchester or Remingtons for less than that.
