RE: Favorite .357 Fact. Loads?

I use 110 gr.COR-BON,125 gr.COR-BON for self defense most of the time. The speer 158 gr.Gold-Dots are probally some of the best. They pass the specs. for the feds. They might be good for game.If you could find a Jacketed flatnose 158 gr. would probally be best.JMHO

The Federal 180gr Hi-Shok cast-cores are a serious hunting bullet for the .357 (and they shoot well too).
Hornady 158gr XTPs are always a good standby as well.
Winchester also markets a 180gr Nosler Partion Gold round that looks significantly brutal. (I've got a box, just ain't had the chance to use them yet).
