Contact info for Ruger service?

Does anyone have a phone number for Ruger servce? I just picked a used 1V and need a manual and the rings don't seem to line up properly. Any help would be appreciated.:)

The front and rear rings are different heights on RUgers ...do you mean they are grossly misaligned? Their website is www.ruger.com and that should have contact info. Hope that helps
