I shoot a Rem. 243 80 grain psp.
sighted dead on at 25yrds. it is pretty much on at 250 yrds.anything out to about 300 shoot at the hog and you got him.

I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest

remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.

I have used the .243 for a lot of years wood chuck hunting. My favorite bullet is the Sierra 85gr BTHP sighted in at 2 1/2&quot; high @ 100 yards. I have shot chucks 300+ yards holdng right on the neck! Remember, you have to have good optics if you want to shoot long range. Good Luck...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Hunt Safe!

The 243 is my favorite windy condition coyote rifle! I load 70 grain Nosler BT's @ 3200FPS. Sighted in 2&quot; high at 100 yards...
