i was talking to a gentleman that owns a company that we do his HVAC/R on. he carries i differant handgun in the winter time and then a differant one in the summer time.
when i go to do a job and i am and have time left over we talk guns. ( hard to find someone in my state ) who will actually talk about guns.
he was looking into getting the new springfield handgun but he was told that he could not.
#1 - it is not massachusetts compliant
#2 - you cannot get them do to the F.B.I. are carrying them.

i know there was a thing about people buying certain H&K's because of the same thing. is this true or bull &^%$ ?

My S&W Model 60 came with a fired shell just for Mass.and Conn.What is that all about? They just want to make sure the dang thing works or what?

Don't know! But the rest is bull! The Springfield M1911's are available, maybe not the exact one used by tyhe FBI, but not much different. Get a Kimber!!

NO!! They'd prefer it if it DIDN'T work!! What's happeniong here is they want a fired case and a BULLET so they can come get you when someone uses that pistol in a crime!! It's called BALLISTIC FINGERPRINTING, and, although it's a waste of time and a helluva lot of taxpayer's money, it makes the anti-gun s.o.b.'s feel all warm & fuzzy!!
