opinions on Imp cyl & Rifled slug choke tube

I usually use a fullly rifled barrel for Jan-Feb when you can see some distance. In Dec., I use a different gun with a rifled choke tube, and a scope mount, that lets me see under the scope for hunting the thick stuff. My question is; The gun is sighted in with the choke tube. It came with the imp. cylinder tube.(Rem. Slug Barrel). I would like to use the Imp. cylinder tube on Saturdays so that I can shoot buckshot and still have the option of a slug if the need arises. Because in this one particular spot I have a 40 yd field of view but the other is 80 yds. I have had deer come from either direction and usually the 40 yd shot is a moving target, ie. deer drive or the deer know where they want to go. However the gun is not sighted in for the Imp. cylinder tube. Would the point of impact be that drastic as to null and void the Idea? Just want your opinions as what to do as I normally just use slugs. As you can see this would only be one or two days a month so I don't want to buy another barrel and scope just to have them all sighted in for different occasions. Thanks Guys
