Old 3 Shoot,
I know a guy who ordered a scope from Cabela's and sent it back when he found the same scope at Midway for quite a bit less. They do have good prices and they offer free shipping.

Welcome to the board. Not sure why it posted twice. I ordered a 6x18x50 and it wasnt much more than a 4x12x50 which I am looking for now. I figured before I done a bunch of searching I would post and save some time

Welcome to the board Slugbug! I guess there's something wrong in the programming, I've been double posting for about a week or so now!
As for the scopes, Bass Pro had some really good prices on Leupold's before Christmas, I don't know if they have jacked the price up again or not though.

BassPro in their last flyer I received had Leupold's Var XII 3x9x40 in gloss black for 179.95.They may still have them for that price.I received the flyer 3 or 4 weeks ago. Ruger Redhawk

try SWFA www.swfa.com or natchez shooter supply. Both have excellent prices.

Try Skyoptics.com I bought a 6.5-20x50 for around $530 no tax and free shipping. That was about $100 less than any local place.
