Chokes for Charles Daly shotgun....
 

I was wondering if I could use any make of shot gun choke for my Charles Daly shotgun.....will they fit? If they fit, what would it hurt? Also, this is my first go around with a multi choked shot gun, can you shoot slugs with them? Would you use the widest choke available? Last question.....the paperwork says not to shoot steel shot with the choke tubes that came with it......does that even make sense? Why not? Thanks for the help

Unless you have specific written information that another manufacturer's tubes are cross referenced for your shotgun don't try it.

The likelyhood is that there is a substitute but unless you know what it is stay with the Chas Daly tube. It's so easy to mess up the threads and such minor differences in diameters.

Voz the Daly shotguns take the Remington chokes, or all of them I have seen does.
