Scopes junk or not?

I just bought 10 scopes from a guy cleaning house. Is there any way to tell if they are good or not besides mounting them and firing them?

Mounting and testing them is the best way to tell if they are good or not.
You can also dunk them under water and look for leakage.
If they leak, they won' t be any good even if they hold a good zero because they will fog badly! Good luck!
