site not working well at all

This site is loading so slow Ican barley stand it. I have calbe internet and every other site I go to ti is lightining fast, is this site like this for anyone else? Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Usually this site loads quick too; I suspect that today is an exception. I have a cable modem too and at times this afternoon I timed out.
