Default 22-250

I am building a 22-250. It has a 20" barrel with a 1-14 twist. There are so many bullet selections I am just trying to get in the right direction. I was thinking in the range of 45-50 grain bullets? I like the barnes TSX as I shoot those in my 257 Weatherby. I will reload this round eventually. I just want to try and find a cheap way of finding the right grain weight as far as factory goes. I am open to all bullets and powder combination fit when i start reloading, but from what I read this is a good spot for this twist rate.

I always loaded either 52HPBT Sierras or 55Sptz Sierras in my 22-250's with IMR4064.

20" 14 twist may not stabilize the long solid copper bullets

How much velocity loss do you expect by using such a short barrel? I can not recall seeing a 22-250 with such a short tube.
