M&P Shield EZ

M&P Shield EZ
My wife has had a Shield EZ for a while and really thinks highly of it. She had some difficulty with the slides of other pistols but the EZ is exactly as the name indicates- it is easy, and she shoots it well. I carry a little 380 often in a LCP but this is a completely different class of pistol with good sights, a grip safety, and a good trigger so it is a lot easier to hit your target with it. She recently looked at the Performance Center version with the straight trigger (and porting of questionable value) but decided to stay with her standard model.
It is a winner, and I would recommend it without reservation to anyone that wants an easy-to-use pistol..

Even though I am no fan of the M&P line (after all, it can't be a Walther P99 hard as it tries), I concur regarding the M&P 380 EZ. Bought one for the wife and she loves it. Shoots it pretty well too. My daughter also likes it. S&W is going to sell a gazillion of them.

I have a shield in 9 mm and like it. The wife was having trouble racking it for some reason so I got her a nice little S&W 637 J frame airweight in 38 sp. Nice little double action revolver and is a decent pocket carry too. Fits nicely in a pants front pocket. Wife won't carry it but keeps it ready at the house.

LOL.....I thought that would get a rise out of you. I guess that's why they make so many different types of firearms. But honestly, as far as pistols go (not revolvers) the two I can shoot the best are my Taurus PT-1911 .45 ACP and Taurus G2C 9mm. First time I ever shot a bowling pin match I used the PT-1911 and won the match. My G2C I can hit soda cans at 40-50 yards on a pretty consistent basis.
