Thompson/Center Encore Pro Hunter Pistol ~ 7mm-08 w/case & scope

5 Attachment(s)
As the title says . . . T/C Encore Prohunter Pistol with cushioned grips in 7mm-08 with UTG scope with red, green, or black projectile drop compensation reticle. Included is the carrying bag.
Practically new. I bought this a couple months ago and put the scope on it. I have shot it maybe 30 times. I've got right at $800.00 in it but am asking $650.00 with shipping.
(I also have RCBS dies for 7mm-08 for an additional fee if you'd like. $25.00)
I've never sold a gun online so help me out with shipping/selling info, (i.e.: can I ship it or does an FFL dealer have to ship?)

Where were you 2 weeks ago when I bought a used one in .243. I would have snatched this right up. That's a decent price. As for shipping I'm not sure how that works. You definitely have to ship to an FFL.. As for shipping...this is what I found:(https://www.gunlawsbystate.com/train...d-automobiles/) Alternatively, a person may ship firearms directly to an FFL holder in any state. In other words, an FFL is not required in both states to effectuate this shipping, although this may be advised as a way to mitigate unnecessary risk.
A final point to always remember is that handguns are non-mailable items and cannot be shipped through the United States Post Office1. A common or commercial carrier has to ship handguns. In addition, this shipping would have to be permissible under a consideration of all other local, state and federal laws. And the carrier’s rules must be followed.

Now if I were you I would check my state laws and not go by this.

Thanks . . . I'll talk to local FedEx or UPS.
Course . . . If I take it apart . . . is it still a pistol? (lol)

The frame is considered the pistol, and must be shipped to an FFL. The other parts can be shipped directly.

This TC/Encore Pro Hunter is still available for sale. Not even 4 months old. Shoots very well! Just can't handle the recoil with my wrist injury.
Will ship via FFL dealers.
