Default Guns in the wild (pics)

When I'm out hunting I'm always watching for a good photo opportunity. Mostly stump, fence post, rock pictures etc just somewhere to set the gun to get a nice photo. I often grab a picture of the gun laying across the game I took as well if I happen to get something.

If anyone else has that habit share them here. I'll keep adding to the thread.

First one is a Savage model 99 in .375 Winchester. It has an el cheapo older Simmons 3-9 scope on it for now. But it's clear and holds zero, I will upgrade that eventually and put the Simmons on a .22 probably. This is my new to me Ohio rifle. I haven't shot a deer with it yet. Maybe tomorrow I'll get one.

it's on a stump in a property I like to call the jungle. It's think like you see with very few access trails. Full of deer but hard to hunt.

Save model 99 here. We went to Florida back in September for hogs. This was in the AM before heading out, getting stuff ready for the day.
