My new toys. A Knight Disc Extreme .50 cal and my Henry H001 22 WMR. That Henry is awesome. What n accurate riffle. First time out with it I was up the cabin with my cousin and I sighted it in and was amazed at the groups I was getting at 50 yards. I kept telling him how happy I was with it. So the next morning he grabbed one of those little 4 oz water bottles and a piece of string and went up the road and tied it to a branch about 45-50 yards from the cabin porch. He then said "there see it you can it that". I grabbed the Henry off the rack stepped off the porch and shooting off hand I missed with the first shot - but not by much. HA, he said. I levered another round and fired. Poof - no more bottle! HA HA right back at ya!
We had a blast for a couple days up there shooting and resting.

That time of year again. Snap a picture of what you're carrying.

My first deer rifle. Winchester Model 70, .270 Win, push feed.
Purchased new in December 1972. Same month I became engaged.
Dang, these are all the same picture. I thought I was getting a full size picture.with three different views

I did a bit of a spare parts build/rebuild this fall for my boy to take deer hunting this season, slapped together a 10.5” SBR-15 in 6.8 SPC, with a 2.5-16x50 Bushnell Elite 6500 on top (for now, will likely get a Bushnell Elite Tactical DMR II or II Pro or III in time, matching the rest of his rifles/pistols. We sat this evening on a spot I’ve hunted in the past, but not for a handful of years. Didn’t really plan on hunting there this season, but saw a nice buck chasing does through the trees on this corner the last two nights. Sucker never came out of the trees tonight and cruised right past us in cover, so he never got time for a shot, but we still have another day left tomorrow.

Had the cva wolf out this weekend for Ohio's muzzleloader season. No deer were harmed.
