You need more power that all of those combined, you must use a 50bmg to have enough power and im not sure if thats enough.
the 30-06 is great and has enough power out to 400yards. you dont need a flat shooting rifle to shoot at those distance, you just need to think, and if that hurts too much you problably shoul;dnt be shooting

Any of the 3 you listed would be decent cartridges though I would lean towards using a 270. If you see alot of deer in your area that wear armour plate or weigh over 3000 lbs I would go with the RUM or STW, IMHO.

All three are very fine calibers for the job you have in mind. I really love the .270, and found the 7 Mag destroys too much edible meat to suit me. Save it for bigger stuff, like grizzlys and elk. My last Texas whitetail rifle was a .25/06 with 120 grain bullets, and it is as good as a .270.
