Default Purchased my first rifle

Hello everyone, surely if y'all remember a long time ago, mainly in march, I posted a thread asking for advice on purchasing a quality rifle.

Well I did it, my dad and I both bought rifles together.

I decided to go with the Savage Axis in .270, and he went with the Mossberg Patriot.

We haven't shot them yet, maybe doing that this weekend. I'll post some pictures below.

Outstanding! Make sure to give us a report on both rifles after you’ve spent some time with them.

That patriot isn't a bad looking rifle...

I was thinking the same thing. If that Mossberg shoots as good as it looks that would be great. I'm sure the Axis will shoot well.

Congratulations to you both! Both rifles will almost assuredly shoot better than y'all can, once you find the ammo they like!
