Is that made by Pedersoli and what is the barrel length?

I am assuming it is. According to the EMF website that is who makes their rifles, it has a 28" barrel.

DP has been making EMF repro rifles for a long time. Around the first part of the 70's I believe. Had a couple in and out of my hands. Pretty nice rifles and they both shot well. Triggers were nice (both double set) but the hammer spring was a bit weak which made for a bit longer lock time. One was actually weak enough to cause a hammer rebound to half cock. Not good for a $700+ rifle.

I have not fired this one with live ammo but have checked the triggers and such with empty cartridges. She functions just fine.

Will you have an examination time during which the gun can be returned for a full refund?

Sure! I believe three to seven days is about the norm.
