23 inches. I'm assuming it is a 1200 of some sort and someone has replaced the stock. Or even someone bought the receiver and barrel then found a cheap replacement stock maybe?
Maybe I'll get lucky and it will be a really accurate rifle despite it being pieced together. Haha. 🙏

That would have to be a replacement stock. I've seen tons of PH's and never have I seen one without checkering on the forearm with the exception of the 1100 Delux which had the flattened out forarm. Nor have I ever seen one with a 23" barrel unless it had been cut down. Unless your's was cut down and the front sight replaced that is definitely an odd barrel. Only seen them with even numbered lengths such as 22,24,26 with a half thrown in sometimes on certain chamberings in long action and magnums. You sure it's not 22.5"? Take a cleaning rod and put it down the barrel till it contacts the bolt face in closed and locked position. Mark the rod and measure to the mark. That's the true barrel length measurement. If it comes up 24-24.5 then more than likely it is a 1200 super with a stock replacement.
