Winchester X3 cantilever Vs Savage 220
Looking to update my rig for 2017. Been using a Mossy 835 with aftermarket rifled barrel with great success for 20yrs, but alas its time to retire it and upgrade. Ill be going 20g this time around.
Leaning toward the savage because its a dedicated SG and I wouldn't get much multi use out of a 20g any way, but never really used a bolt action before.
Probably throw a Bushnell Trophy XLT 733960SG on the top of it.

Savage 220 all day every day and twice on Sunday. In my lowly opinion it is without a doubt the best dedicated slugger out there. Excellent trigger and from every one I have talked to that owns them and every one that I have shot, they have fantastic accuracy. It delivers exactly what it was intended as. Just a big rifle period!
