What ^^^Oldtimr said and glad we solved your problem!

You're saying that your shoulder hurts when shooting off the bench? I believe that is what you said (on your 4th shot)
What I think you're doing is bending too far forward letting your collar bone take the recoil. When shooting from the bench try to remain as upright as possible so your shoulder pocket will take the recoil (as if you were shooting standing up) If that still doesn't work get a slip on recoil pad

take it to a smith, tell him to put either a pachmeyer decelerator or a SVL pad on it, if it fits you well tell him to keep the same length of pull, if it doesn't fit you well have him measure your length of pull and set it there. FCS it ain't hard. 4 pages cause a guys gun kicks it ain't a 477 nitro

Looks like a couple people can't read seeing as how we already solved the problem and the OP is good to go just the way his rifle is set up!

LOL! All you had to do was read the two posts previous to yours to know that the problem was solved!

yep, problem solved till he has to hunch down, lay the rifle around a tree to take a shot on the buck of a lifetime, congratulations to the problem solvers. beat your chests and feel good about yourselves.

Say what, LOL! Thanks so much for the congrats seeing as how we didn't need any more expertise that was offered due to already having solved his problem not only at the bench, but at the other positions he's shooting at. An extra pad, as suggested, when he already has one on the gun could well cause more problems regardless of where he's shooting from. The gun goes in the shoulder pocket, regardless of what position you shoot from, and not up on the bony shoulder like the OP was holding it. It was a very very simple fix and the guy is now ready to go! Anyone that has shot for any length of time knows that and how we solved his problem quickly after he explained and showed a photo of what he was doing!
