If you stick to the loads listed in currently published loading manuals you should be just fine. There has been a considerable investigation into the phenomenon with somewhat " mixed" results. However more and more substantial information is becoming available on it. Actually there is an entire book concerning it by Brownell at Wolfe Publishing. The simplest solution is to NOT decrease or increase the suggested loads in the major manufacturers loading manuals!
