FYI. Cubsfan86 is a scam. As soon as I sent PayPal money to him he deleted his email account fortunately I have my PayPal linked to an American express card and American Express has refunded my money

Scam was my initial thought too. Nobody selling a almost new 700 w scope for that amount. That reeks of scammer, especially a when they are a brand new poster to the site.

That's why I use American Express. Not too hard to recover when ripped off.
I'm disappointed that they do not try to prosecute crooks

If you have his real info, report him to the local authorities.
