OK I have both Brownings and Tikka. But my Brownings are the A bolt not the newer X bolt. True the Brownings are nice rifles and both of mine shoot fairly well (325 WSM and 7mm-08) the 325 needed a trigger job and the 7-08 had to be glass bedded to shoot to my satisfaction. The Tikka (30-06) on the other hand shot clover leaf groups right out of the box with a trigger that broke like glass and an action that is slicker than snot on a door knob.
If both feel good in your hands I suggest the Tikka. But it one feels better than the other get THAT one. Either will do the job and you want one you're confident and comfortable with.
