Found one
After almost being scammed (see my "beware" post) on a Marlin 1895 Cowboy in .45-70 I found another one and it is on its way to my FFL. It took a lot of searching and found it out in CO. A lot of communication back and forth with the owner and relating my previous experience we settled on a deal. This one costs me a bit more but at least this young man wasn't a scam artist.
