super black eagle oil

I have a SBE 1 that I have had some issues with cycling and/or firing. Everything appears to be clean. I was wondering what others are using for lube on these guns.

Been using this stuff for years on my reels and guns. ZERO complaints and that's with using nearly 3 dozen rods/reels and over 3 dozen guns! :party0007:

You may need to replace your action spring with an extra power spring and clean the action spring tube. I did that with mine and it fixed the problem.

I used Rem oil and sprayed moving parts and then wiped down to remove all excess. Worked perfectly this past weekend. This is my first semi auto and I guess I will just have to learn to be better on my maintenance. I guess I believed their adds about cycling just fine after dropped in the mud.

I haven't owned an SBEII yet, although my wife wants one terribly. I run a bunch of Super Nova's, and used to have an M1S90 and an M2S90, and recently picked up an M4. Every Benelli I've owned liked to run wet. Like you said, you can drop it in the mud and she'll keep ticking, she just likes to be very wet to behave at all. I've always figured that a guy could polish one thing or another inside to open it up just a bit more in critical areas so it'd run without as much lubrication, but it's too easy to just keep it wet. Same trick as with my AR's - if they like it wet, a bit of synthetic 5w20 does quite nicely.
