stabilizing high speed deer slugs

I' ve been thinking about trying some new deer slugs. I have been using lightfields and they are great. (if it ain' t broke don' t fix it, I know) for grins I was thinking about trying the new Remington core lock ultra (which have the best balistic coefficent on the market) or the Win part. gold.
I' m just wondering if a 1:28 barrel is enough to stabilize that fast of a slug at 1900 fps.
I want to try them in three of my slug guns:
win sx2
benelli sbe, e.r. shaw barrel
rem 870

on the other hand has anyone tried the reduced recoil slugs (ie. lightfield lites)? I was thinking about these slugs for my girlfriend, something that won' t beat her up or scare her.

Have heard nothing but great reviews on the Win. Partion Golds. Am currently rattling a few down range so I can make up my mind.
