Savage 220f slug gun group sample/review
Ive had this thing for a couple years and I knew it was a great shooter but today I put a new scope on and WOW.
Equipt
2 3/4 remington accutips, burris fullfield II 3.5-10x50 shooting off a deck rail.
Shot it 7 times dialing it in and then these 3 without barrel cooling.(100 yards)
Very soft recoil for a slug gun as well.

Great groups, very much like the groups I'm getting at 100yds with the 3" Accutips. The group I speak of is in the picture on the solid orange line above dead center of the target. For those that want a true dedicated slug gun the Savage 220f or if you want the 12ga the 212

If I want my 220F to be accurate out to 200 yards, how high should it be sighted in at 100 yards? Right now I have the Remington Accutips, 2 3/4". I'm still looking for some of the 3" to test the accuracy with them. I'm also going to pick up some of the new Federal Vital Shock Trophy Copper and try them out.
I'd like to have a center of body hold on a whitetail out to 165 yards.
