Ok You Taurus Lovers.....
take a number and stand in line to call me a hypocrite. I have been in the market for cheap knock around .22 for under $150 that I wouldn't cry over if it came out of the holster and fell off a cliff or into a river. Used Ruger MkII's and Standards w/fixed sights are harder to find any more for that price. S&W 422's are gettin outrageous too. Found a used like new Taurus .22 5" bbl 9 shot for $137. Will carry it as a finishing off & squirrl gun while coyote huntin'.

BigEd I have two Taurus handguns a 689 in 357 and a Raging Bull have shot both of them a lot and never had any problems. I know you mentioned timing before but I shoot single action I shake to much anymore. Hope you enjoy the new toy.

I saw a fun little .22 for under $200 that has 2 interchangeable barrels from Phoenix Arms. Its not a showpiece, but hey, if you want let it fall off a cliff...
Anyway,
Here is a picture. It shows the short barrel on the gun, and the longer barrel in the package.

Here's a review I found, but have not read. You can click on the pictures for a better view.

HUNT4FUN1:
In listening to conversations at gun stores and on the range, I've heard that the .44mags and .454's from Taurus are developing a reputation fot having their cylinder latches come loose. Taurus has a lifetime warranty, so the fix is inexpensive. So, make sure the action is locked up tight before you shoot.
Keep 'em all in the Bull.
