7mm mag ammo
 

Hello, I was looking at good match long range ammo for shooting/hunting for my soon to be 7mm mag. I saw some HSM ammo with 168gr berger vld bullets. The thing that surprised me is that is has 3075fps velocity. Normally for a bullet that weight would be around 2950. Is 3075 too hot?

My rifles seem to do very well with their ammo !

meaning the cases were already shot?

also what twist rate should I be looking for. the remingtons are 1/9.25 and browning is 1/10

I just got to decide which rifle to buy. I was gonna get a browning but im not sure if their 1/10 twist is better or if remingtons 1/9.25 is better

May want to consider what I have - very pleased.
