I put a B-Square receiver mount on my 870 with a 4-9x scope and that sucker drove TACKS at 50 yrds and beyond with my factory stock vent rib smoothbore barrel and standard Federal Slugger ammo designed for smoothbore's. In fact - I held like 2 inc groups or less at 50 yrds with mine and never missed a deer with that combo! I took nearly 30 deer with that shotgun!

Spend some cash and get a slug gun..We have a rem 870,and 1100 slug guns and both shot great.I just bought the savage 220f 20ga back in october and this thing is crazzzy accurate..can stack them at 100-200yrds
