Default Picked up a new coyote/deer whacker
Found this Howa .243 on gunbroker a few weeks ago, $290...couldn't pass it up. I put a Leupold VX-II 3-9 on it, sweet shooting little gun!

I've tried the 100gr PowerMax ammo and some 85gr GameKing handloads and they both shoot well...I don't think I'll handload much for it, factory cheapos are good enough for yotes and our little deer...

Nice looking gun Jeep, I have never shot a Howa. Heard they were a really good gun though.

I have the Howa 1500 in 270cal. Without a doubt the best rifle for the money.

hahaha...my younger brother whacked more deer with his Ford than he ever did with a rifle, I can confirm they are in deed good deer whackers!
