Remington Model 770 7mm mag

Hey Guys,

Any opinions on this gun? I picked one up in 7mm for $175.00. I have a new Nikon scope to put on it.....Any input?

Great Price all that matters is if you like it. try it and see how she does.

See how it shoots. For that price, it was probably a good buy. If it shoots well, then it was a good purchase.

As said, "you get what you pay for!" At that price though, you probably got a decent deal. Certainly don't expect "benchrest accuracy," If it holds up physically, you will at least have a "hunter."
770's are not known for their quality construction.

IMO, it's a $175.00 boat anchor.

heard many say the 770 is not the best cup of tea, even at a bargain price
