What are you guys shooting for shotguns?
 

Anything. Waterfowl guns, bird guns, defense guns. I shoot both an 870 express synthetic and an 870 Wingmaster. Thinking about an autoloader soon though, possibly a Beretta Extrema.

I shoot a Grulla 218R Round Body 20-bore double for most of my bird hunting these days. When I go chukar hunting, however, I take my old Ted Williams 20ga pump...I don' t mind if it gets all beat up when I take the inevitable tumble down the side of a rocky cliff. ;)

I' ve got a Browning BPS 12ga. and an old Remington 870 Wingmaster 20ga.

My next shotgun will be a Browning Gold turkey gun.

Ducks, geese, and pheasants I use the Benelli M-1 Field (Great GUN!!) as for Deer I shot the old trusty Remington 870 express mag.

I use my beloved Remington 870 Express 12GA for everything. What an amazing shotgun! [:-] It does everything you could want, and handles anything you put in it.

Just got a Beretta 3901 autoloader last week. Have not hunted with it yet, but I have shot some clays with it. Happy so far. Only paid $499 on sale. Only bad thing....it doesn' t shoot 3 1/2 in. shells.

12ga, 2 3/4" - 3" shells, 28 inch vent rib barrel, winchokes, and a rifle slug barrel. Deer, Waterfowl, Upland game, Trap and Skeet. I would use it bear hunting too. This is my all around go to gun.

15. Victor single shot - grandfather gave to me, don' t use
16. Sears - poly choked, dad' s first shotgun, don' t use

I use a Winchester Modle 1300 Ranger 28" w/Imp. Mod choke 12 ga..I have had this gun since I was a kid and it fits me well and shoots good.

I use my Savage 20 ga. side by side double for grouse and the occasional woodcock. I love that gun, but would like to upgrade to a lighter SxS sometime when I get the cash.

i shoot a winchester model 12 30" full barrel 3" . i also have a remington model 1100 2.75. i also have an old noble shotgun that has a weird D battery size tube at the end that you can change differant chokes by the turn of your wrist.

BTW. anyone know of any info on a noble pump shotgun? never seen any around besides from the one i inheritted from my late grandfather.

remington model 870 wingmaster 20 ga. ( quail , doves )
mossberg model 500 .410 bore ( squirrels , rats , mice , and various other pests )

For doves I use a Franchi Veloce 28 Ga Over/under, for all other upland game I use a Citori 20 Ga. For Waterfowl I use a SKB 12 Ga 385 sporting clays model.

a mossberg 500 for my dirty work of small game hunting(mostly tree rats and grouse) but ive hunted dove duck geese crow tree rats grouse pheasant woodcock chuckar and turkey and maybe more with it....i have a 20ga single shot i used to hunt tree rats with...now it sits on the rack....it was my first gun...and i have a 870 express 3 inch mag with the camo stocks and 21 inch barrel for turkeys...i beat my shotguns up to much i dont want a nice fancy one or an expensive one...i can afford one if i want it....but i know id cry when i scratch a pretty gun that cost me alot.....and i see no need for one....ive shot well over 1000rds out of my mossberg and it never failed me...its big and ugly but it always goes bang and its hard to hurt it......it been through alot already!

I don' t do any upland hunting anymore........I used to love dove hunting, grouse etc. but can' t seem to find the time.
My current Shotgun reflects that change:

I pretty much only hunt predators and turkeys now with a shotgun.

Remington 870 " SP" Super Mag, 21" barrel with fiber optic sights, MO-Break up.

i shoot a winchester 1200 pump 12 gauge in 2 3/4" with a full coke barrel and a mod. barrel its a decent gun it was my first " real" gun to go hunting with and stull gets used to this day for turkey and dove and i also have a mossberg 500 12gauge in 3" its one of the home defense models with the pistol grip and 18 1/2" barrel its a fun gun to play with i dont do a ton of shot gun hunting though im usually deer hunting with a rifle i like to be able to " reach out and touch something"

Well I have a BPS w/ flat black finish chambered for 3.5 that is the work horse. If it moves i' ll kill it. But I LOVE shotguns so I mix it up. I use my Ithaca 16G on upland and ducks over decoys. I have a handmade spanish side-by-side (family gun) for sunny days chasing upland, and a handmade turkish 12G o/u (huglu) with all the gold inlayed ducks and geese for sunny days when I want to show off. I also have an old single shot 410 to plink with. But really its the bps that goes out most days because you just can' t kill that gun, water, mud, dog, it just keeps taking a lickinand keeps on tickin!!

Beretta 12 gauge Semi-Auto Mod. A-M-301 all the way. This is all I need but wouldn’t mind getting the Remington 870 Wingmaster or 870 Express for my daughter and maybe the new Beretta Xtrema with the 3-1/2” chamber for next year.

First Gun........Stevens .410 single shot. Dad' s pest gun at the farm, still mine though.

Then..........870 Wingmaster. Stock is to short, will be the kid' s gun in a fer years......In the closed, loaded with buckshot right now!!!!

Sold one I wish I had.........a 12ga Hawthorn Viking........Wards special.........Still wish I had it. Was dad' s.......had a mod and full barrel.......Tried to find it, tracing through the dealer...........ran cold...............traded it for an exp870.........still got that one.

Then a Charles Daly Auto.......Then a Biakel O/U..........these became my M-1 Benelli. Great gun and use alot for hunting:)

Then a Franchi Alcione 12 ga.......this is my go to gun.........any upland or clays.......trap.skeet, and sporting clays:D. Will be adding a 20ga barrel set really soon.

Then a 20ga Nova in HD camo...haven' t found a real purpose for this one yet. Maybe turkey with Hevi-Shot, but I have never done this.

Then a 12ga Nova that I one at a banquet.........traded private for a Belgian A5......Turned that for my S&W .357.

So that' s about it. Have 6 now, but only 4 here, two at my dad' s place.

BTW, The one' s that I won' t have are the Browning BPS' s. Just something I don' t like. Beretta' s are a close second. Very few Citori' s that I can shoot either.

The short list is the Red Label Ruger, the SBE Just because I don' t have a 3 1/2 inch shotgun, A Model 37 feather, b/c My grandfather had one, and a double .410 b/c I think they would be cool:D[8D]:D
