i recently purchased a dpms 16"bbl flat top with a glacier front handguard so it is not completly flat. i am looking for a iron backup sight system for now. i have been doing research and seen that people dont put a front sight on the front gas block do to heating up. also since the gas block is lower than the rear rail system will it cause the sights not to align up and shoot high? any help would be apreciated.
