i got a friend that has one built on the m70.hes never shot it or did anything with it so i offered to swap him for a shotgun.just curious what folks have to say about them.i thinking for long range practice.

Stay with RR on this one.

That's a great long distance cartridge, especially if you reload (which I know you do).

Is it a done deal..................... you own it now ?

I also use a heavy dose of H1000 with a Fed 215 Mag primer. Mine prefers 160 gr Accubonds.

Not sure what kind of speed I'm getting as I don't have a chrony. Using 80 gr of H1000 from a Ruger 1 and getting 3/4 moa.
