whats it worth?

Just curious at what my old winchester is worth. Can anyone give me an idea.
It is a Winchester model 94, 30-30, serial number 1,650,503, i was told when i bought it that it was made in 47 or 49. It is in great shape, the blueing is wonderful compared to others i have seen from these years. It has never been drilled for scope mounts or even sling mounts. It says 30 WCF on the barrel instead of 30-30. I would never sell it because i have taken more deer with it than any other rifle i have ever had, and it is extremely accurate. Just looking for an idea of the value, thanks

It' s not worth anything. Give ya $50.00 for it, and okay, I' ll throw in the shipping. :D

There' s a good book called Modern Gun Values that should list your rifle. Problem is, what' s excellent shape to you, may only be good to someone else. Therefore you' ll get different values.

I don' t know if it carries a premium for having the " 30 WCF" on it instead of 30/30...
But I would think you could get at least $600.00 for it (from the right buyer...I' d e-mail frizzel and see what he would give you for it ;-)

Value depends on the condition as Danny45 said, but shops around here generally ask $400.00 for pre 64 94' s in 90% or so condition. Of course they don' t always get that much for them.

Probably from $400 to $600 if it belonged to anyone else. But you already said you wouldn' t sell it. So that makes it priceless.
